School Managers Perceptions towards Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy Sources

Global economic growth is accompanied by increased energy demand, thus conventional fuels such as coal, oil and gas, which are the primary sources, gradually being depleted. At same time, combustion of fuel for production causes serious adverse effects on environment contributes to climate change due emitted greenhouse gases. For above reasons, most developed developing countries especially during last decades, have introduced various incentives greater penetration renewable sources (RES) in all sectors economy. Concerning building sector, several measures been adopted, including promotion efficiency saving. A significant proportion stock school buildings where students teachers spend a their daily time. Teachers' attitudes views, unit managers concerning use RES schools, important effort rationalize control use. This study was conducted through structured questionnaire applied sample 510 Greece's secondary education. The managerial role case Greek schools performed principal who has both administrative educational duties.
